I rarely write reviews but felt obliged due to the amazing customer service provided by John the assistant manager in the leisure centre. I lost my watch there on Sunday and called Monday when I realised. They couldn’t find it and on the off chance I called again Tuesday evening to see if it turned up. I spoke to John who checked and said it hadn’t turned up but he would check the car park to see if it was there. I couldn’t believe when John called back! He had actually went to the trouble of checking the car park and found my watch! Talk about going over and above! I regularly use the gym and pool and they are both fantastic. Thanks again John, 5 stars for customer service.

No fault whatsoever with this Hotel. Very clean , comfortable rooms. Lovely large bathroom with big walk in shower. Nice selection for evening dinner, great buffet breakfast. Underground car park. The staff are great and a credit to the Hotel. 5 out 5.

Location is a 5min taxi away from the town or 20min walk. Nice relaxed atmosphere reception staff very friendly. The bedroom was clean but needs updating. Bathroom was dated and mattress needs replacing. It was family friendly and the staff were nice.
